India is not an welfare state like Europe. Over last two decades, due to severe economic stagnation, generations of best and brightest from Bengal had to leave West Bengal and settle elsewhere for living. But now the obvious peril of the exodus is looming larger. Thousands of parents have been left alone -who would take care of them? what they are going to do? How they can avail medical emergency in need? I know somebody among us had to come forward.
